#10 – Eva's Letter must be glitched for me. On one of my characters it shows 11/11 for Rift Town. On another character it shows 10/11, and Eva's Letter is not there when I play the A Bad Day quest. Under Journal > Misc > Notes, Eva's Letter should be on the first row, 4th from the left, so I know that's the one that I'm missing…
