Pre-Order weapons are stuck taking up inventory space. They cant be sold, destroyed or dropped?

it's not a bug, it's a feature but just make a lvl 2 get to the city and take them out of the vault and delete the lvl 2 character

stash it, create a new character, have him collect it all., Delete that character.
