  1. I'm not surprised with the dlc announcement… I called it when they announced the update. Don't be surprised if there is some sort of dlc… not only did we get dlc in the form of 4 new expos but also the expansion announcement

  2. I love outriders just haven't played in months, excited to start it up tomorrow and get my feet wet in the 4 new expeditions. But the new expansion seems like it will be decent. Love the new chic

  5. It's like I want to come back to the game man, but if world slayer won't be free I could care. I mean shit I LOVED destiny 1. but i didn't buy the DLC. and by the time i could have D2 came out and also I would have been away fro the game for so long I would have to have spent 100000000s of hours to catch up.

  6. So, after seeing your stream of the broadcast Monday, I reinstalled on Gamepass to see how the changes felt.

I will say, the removal of the timers felt a bit better, as I didn't feel so pressured to get a good time to get rewards, and with less pressure I can push into higher tiers at my own pace easier. After two or three expeditions, not a single legendary. Only did around Tier 8-10, so understandably it's on me not going high enough at the moment, and I plan on peeking in some more in coming weeks to give it some more time to try out, as well as dipping into Multiplayer with matchmaking changes and see how the new 4 Expeditions feel. Overall, though, I'm not super moved by this.

And to be honest, the expansion teaser wasn't enough for me to be excited either. The mystery lady is one character, we've kinda seen her style before…dark aura, sultry voice, slinky walk, seems to know more than she's letting on…even the name "Worldslayer" is a tad unimpressive and simple. It's good they're setting up a new antagonist, I feel like the base campaign really didn't have much of one, and most antagonists it had (and it had multiple) died either quickly, or by the end. For Worldslayer, they need to NOT go in the same direction as Destiny, where they market an antagonist for an expansion, our goal is to KILL that antagonist, and by the end of a short few story jaunts, we've killed them, and we're back to square one where the story no longer has direction. Or worse…have NO lasting antagonist, and end the expansion with some nameless "big" enemy who we don't care at all about.

Glad to see Outriders still kicking. We'll see if the kicks have legs long-term.
