dunno why, but this quest is utterly bugged for me, after that first outdoor area with the giant empty hole and the big round door all the enemies simply stop spawning and it keeps telling me I need to clear the area still :/
Easy solution is to go back to Lobby and set to WT1. Now when it loads, make sure you rush through killing everyone. The key is in the room with the rolling door. Make sure you push quickly as this is where AI gets despawned. Now rush through the next room straight to where the boss is and clear quickly. This should let you finish the quest.
