The last Outriders Patch ushered in a ton of new changes, with many helping out the Technomancer Flame Leper Gearset. There were also changes to the Techno PAX Tree that gave this setup more buffs. Here’s a build I made to make it easy, while showing off just how much damage I can inflict

You will benefit greatly by switching your pax tree to the very bottom. Hastened Influence with Burrowing charge is by far the best with Flame Leper. You are missing out on tons of damage due to waiting on cold snap cooldowns. This way you can drop the cooldown nodes in skill tree and go bottom skill tree then go up to middle tree at the Wipe Out node. Going middle tree from beginning you are missing out on damage done by blighted rounds due to them being anomaly based skill. Hope this helps
