I was so tired when recording this, but even know, I dont quite understand whats going on, other tests that have been run are world tier 14 weapons (level 41) being used in Expedition challenge tier 14 (where weapons drop at level 49), are doing the same as if not more damage. Also I thought it could just be a way of stopping high leveled players going back and carrying lower leveled players through the campaign and the way in which they try and combat this is to sclaing endgame weapons down so bad they have no use in world tiers. Problem with this logic is, you can just as a high level class use weapons from any world tier level & still carry that lower level player through the campaign. The only explanation I can think of in to why this is happening is World Tier weapons & Challenge Tier weapons scale differently & actually firepower & item level doesnt mean anything. Scaling is 100% broke & it makes sense as to why sometimes I can go down challenge tiers within expeditions & somehow feel weaker.
Im tirw of the broke comment in video games specifically on pve games… stop man, let us enjoy vid games man. The people that have to qork and take care our families and have a little time always have to pay the prize due to the content creators always dictating vid games by using op, broken etc… Content creators forget everyone else and only see themselves in vid games…Sick of it….
Don't use twisting rounds when you want to show weapon damage instead of ability damage. Most damage comes from twisting rounds itself and not the gun as far as I know how round builds work.
I knew something was off . Stopped playing a few days when I noticed and it didn’t make sense so I stopped until an update comes and the game makes sense to grind , lol. Fricken video games but I can’t complain . Thanks Xbox game pass
I know your answer to this video. It is not the CD or Armour pricing like you said it is not best but it is just the high reductions weapons get when going into anything lower lvl then it reducing dmg etc. By a crazy multiplier. So if doing that teir use that lvl of weapons etc
One little tip: Switch of Mid Ad roll after you uploaded your videos. You will still earn enough and your viewers will thank you. Its just to much advertisement during the content
the only thing I noticed was that it looks like when you have the first shotgun equip you got marked with weakness but every time you put the weaker ones on you didn't get the status debuff. Even still the debuff must be huge. yeah after watching the other guns the same thing keeps happening with one guy your getting weaken applied to you then the other times you don't get it at all. I also hope I'm getting the icon status right XD
This is the same issue the division had…world tiers mess up how loot works. The scaling doesn't know what to do with different weapons obtained from different tiered sources. And I bet there is something off in the coding where expedition weapons and gear only really work as intended while in expeditions…feels bad hopefully they fix it
When you've farmed your ass off for endgame gear and want to help your friend, but it turns out that your friend ends up carrying YOU instead because of how severely downscaled your gear gets

World tiers have LIMITED item levels u can use so it just downgrade them EZ.

He never pulls up the Stats which tells the real story. I bet one has a higher crit chance vs the other.

I put on a lower lvl green weapon and I had 200% extra firepower, then I put on a high level legendary and got 23% extra firepower for some reason
I need more updates about this I have no clue what is happening
Literally in expeditions I have had way more damage coming from killing a lvl 38 mob with a lvl 38 gun compared to using a 46 weapon wtf 🤬
