The aiming system on console is trash there actually a video on why it's so difficult for console to get consistent crits and micro aiming with the messed up aim assist system in place
Lol. "How to have max materials in 5 seconds" – Play on pc, solo, use a trainer. Voila! Playing games for hours for materials is for the birds. I've done that several times in the past on console but no longer on pc. I enjoy games on pc.
