Why not pick cryo turret over using a mod on blighted turret? Also why not max out toxic damage mods over spreading it between freeze and toxic?

I like to put moaning winds on my secondary weapon and sidearm. The guillotine shotgun is best for secondary since the tier 3 mod that comes on it does its own aoe reload damage plus inflicts vulnerability which is a 25% debuff to ALL damage. I get over 500k damage from just the guillotine. Then when you switch to your sidearm and proc moaning you are doing more damage to that target due to the vulnerability debuff you just applied.

I tried near enough this exact build the other day but I had so much downtime on the freeze because of the long coldsnap cooldown, I want to test dropping the chest piece of borealis for the helmet and swapping cold snap for 2 cyro turrets have you tested that?
