IT MUTATES, RUN! MINDMUGGER SNIPER | OUTRIDERS ( Legendary Guns )

With Tier 3 mod Anomaly Mutation, Shots on enemies afflicted by any status condition multiplicates and mutates it into a different one. It’s a totally different sniper rifle, with it being also burst firing and a nice small clean scope. Might need to change the second mod, Damage Link to something else.
