  1. Hmm, u did say yessterday u have some kind of contract, is this mean ur in the team with outriders, or its only for that new "content thing" ? Also Destiny wins bcs of open world and pve style all the time

  2. I wish-wish they would model after Warframe. Have a base (outriders now) and keep expanding layers on it little by little every 4-6 months!
    You know looters go stale if all rewards are achieved, so asside of the 4-6 months content, drip in legendarys every few weeks to keep the carrot on the stick…
    And for that to work yes, live service with dedicated servers primary

  3. It's a very simple hurdle to cross that many developers just fail at. Stop telling players what they want, stop acting like you know everything. It's really that simple, if the community collectively says they don't feel powerful enough, enemies are too tough, too spongy, controls are not reacting properly, etc… (And I'm including other games in this like Godfall) The worst thing you as a developer can do, and the thing most modern developers choose to do, is put out a statement telling the players that they're wrong, they don't understand the numbers, that things are working "as intended' etc…
    Now to clarify, I don't think developers should just obey the community verbatim. That's the other side of the spectrum and very much one of the worst things you can do. But there's a healthy middle ground there where if the entirety of your userbase thinks enemies do too much damage and take too long to kill, then you as a developer need to set your ego aside and make the combat faster overall, and NOT issue a statement about how your game is "meant" to be "a puzzle", because then you get what outriders gets, and in complete honesty, if nobody is playing your game, then your design philosophy doesn't mean jack. You HAVE TO find common ground with the playerbase. And I hope that's what the 15th update brings. Because anything short of that. No matter how big or how experience-altering it is, if it still fundamentally lacks the desire to respect the players, then it won't be enough.

  4. Cloud respectfully I think you way off. It’s not clothes or shaders. It content and blowing things up. It’s about weapons, mods, and content. Division 2 tried the clothes and shader thing and it almost killed the game.

  5. Me and my followers want to come back but a lot of us, work different hrs and we would like to play offline, do to this; besides if that big update doesn't come out, MID NOVEMBER like they said, along with new content and a FREE DLC….then why come back???….it makes no sense!!!
