  1. If you are having a hard time getting mods you can run a bunch of high tier expeditions and put all the epic gear in the stash. Then make a new character, do the campaign at world tier 1 or 2. When it is complete scrap all the epics in the stash, sell the titanium for pods and buy all the gear for about 200 pods each. Or get someone you know to run a new character through a level 15 expedition and use the pods to buy the gear.
