  2. The third mod slot isn’t fixed and is instead random, and only comes on apocalypse variants of the legendary, so its unfair to judge the weapons on the third mod as this can be any mod. You could get a Charred Lance with claymore torrent or fortress as the third mod, or no third mod at all because you didn’t get an apocalypse variant.
