  1. Are these the caps or max per item. I thought it was max per item the first time I watched this video but I've managed to confuse myself. Also is there a cap on anomaly power that makes it worthless to stack max on all items?

  2. @FullMeasure – your content in Outriders has been excellent.
    With all of the announcements today regardimg TD2 new expansion, the New stand alone Free-to-Play under The Division franchise and the forthcoming movie, will you be covering any Division content?

  3. Choose Pyro as your new character! I have a pyro and I’m struggling. It seems everyone else has the legendary sets they need and I’m struggling trying to figure out what to do without the perfect 3 piece.

  4. This is the best explanation of attributes I've seen. Not just liking the video, I've bookmarked it. Fucking cheers mate!
    Question: I'm assuming attributes stack additively, right? So if you have 2 pieces of armour with 10% Close Range Damage, you actually get 20% Close Range Damage. Is that right?

  5. Man, you probably know more than the devs itself, what a mess is still outriders, im not doing anything except leveling all 4 clases till they fix the game! Anyway, thanks for the info, as always super usefull , cheers and keep it up dude!

  6. Pretty solid breakdown man. Keep up the good work. Another minor note is that people should always be running their highest level gear possible. The reason is that there is some scaling of your stats that happens based on your average item level. Personal example of this is having almost all of my gear level 48ish and feeling like I was just not doing enough damage or able to take enough damage(pre damage mitigation bug). Looked at my pistol and it was level 27. Brought my average item level way down. Swapping it out to literally anything else I had jumped everything about my characters performance

  9. Correction: technomancer healing is in fact ALL leech based so healing received has no affect for technomancers unless they are using fixing wave for self healing. And I get this from an in game tool tip btw

  10. So what should I look for, for my Devastator? I'm just starting him now. My Tech is pretty close to optimal. I've been collecting Anomaly, cool down, and status.

  11. I have to ask this. What do you know about status powers' effect on the slow status? The status power description includes all statuses except slow. I get lots of gear on my trickster that has status power on it but I'm curious if it's useless.

  12. So, after last night, I think they put a fix out with out telling anyone. I was able to summon two turrets with out any issues and my Technomancer was able to take "damage".

  14. You have some very informative videos to min max. I have the same type of thinking. I started with trickster and got him to retirement now working on my techno. Good luck on you next charater

  15. There is an addendum to the "weapon life leech". The percentage of life given by the weapon dmg also determines the max amount of life received according to your maximum life. This means:
    Dmg = 1000 (per bullet)
    Life Leech 18% = 180 Life (per bullet)
    Max Life 800 —> 18% = 144
    So theoretically you would gain 180 life but the "life receiving cap" is 144.
