Today we take a look at a DEVASTATOR bleed & anomaly power focused build that allows you to solo Challenge Tier 15 Expeditions with gold times. This build is one of the highest damage builds in the game and is also incredibly tanky with massive amounts of armor. This is easily is the best Devastator build I have seen in Outriders and is an incredibly strong endgame build.

This is pretty much as strong as this build is going to get. It is incredibly strong and with this gear, this build should be able to solo any CT15 Expedition with gold time.
Wish my bleed leap quake would actually inflict bleed..yes the mod is on lol
stuck on CT11 and definitely need that shield. Its unbearable without that fortress buff. I gotta find the best way to farm for that legendary weapon.

I‘m using the same build, but I increased the range of my earthquake by 60% instead of being able to use it a 3rd time. With that I inflict even more enemies with bleeding on a high range and I don‘t have cooldown waste problems.
This build is nearly identical to mine but I'm gonna put it out there, the 60% range mod for earthquake is way more important than the 1 extra impale, yeah u lose some burst boss damage but the time u save on killing enemies at distance is way more beneficial and I believe will save u between 30secs and a min on most gold T15 runs. It is a tough decision which 1 to take tho.

There are better instant dmg mods to put on your off hand weapon. The sandstorm and swarm are only good if you can keep the mob in the area. Using comet is a instant pop dmg and 1/3 of the cool down
How long from fresh lvl 30 would you say it would take to get to this build?

great guide, now i just need the luck to find all that gear. about sandstorm/locusts, I'm pretty sure they don't scale off of status power. I think they are doing more damage after you swap because of the fortress mod.

I have been playing outriders and the mod fortress does not seem to work. When i use the mod, i dont see a increase in fire powa and magic powa. Is the mod busted? Can the dev team fix it please, cuz i like to deal the extra dmg
Tired of people claiming weapon mods scale off AP… And first time I've hear status power. It's one of the most basic things to test. Enter Expedition, shoot once, die. Do it again naked. Look at the damage recap.
They are considered anomaly damage, that is all. The increase by switching weapons is due to Fortress. To increase weapon mods damage you need "increase damage dealt/taken or "increase anomaly damage". The only other DPS increase is by procing it on CD.

I've been having a lot of fun with snowsquall/weightlessness during cooldowns. When enemies thaw from snowsquall, the floating animation from weightlessness resumes, so you can freeze/float a bunch of baddies for around 10 seconds per reload. Massive crowd control and it's honestly hella fun.
