Do you know if cooldown reduction stats on armor affect the cancellation cooldown of Gravity Leap, or whether that is a constant amount?

I started doing top tree from someone elses advice, I'm glad I watched this to help because I noticed I wasn't as "Tanky" as I wanted to be. Now I know. Can't wait for more Outriders content, as like you, D2 is getting old (Buzz)
I have been working the bottom skill tree but dying consistently in expeditions CT5 and this might be a better option. Curious though, it thought my damage wasn’t good enough from my anomaly build so how to you mitigate that with your warden path? What weapons are you using and what sort of damage mods do you recommend?
