  2. That's because anomaly rounds are not calculated as bullet damage. The damage type becomes a power so you "should in theory" benefit from resistance piercing instead. I haven't tested it, but that's how I build for them.

    Edit: which is why farming humanoids is easier for bullet builds. Humanoids typically stack armor and have low resistance
