I’ve been preaching for players to upgrade rare gear because then you can pick 1-3 perks and re roll the others then. It gives you options so it’s the best way time to see if I’m right

I think what they need to do with legendary items is make them more viable, with such as being THE ONLY gear you can double mod meaning you can replace BOTH mods at will but it takes ALL credits meaning, it takes Scrap + Leather + Iron+ Titanium + Pod Credits and it won't come cheap for lvl50 Legendary items. On top of that They should also ALLOW us to reroll the stats on the Legendary Item which ALSO takes all the materials and will not be cheap. Lastly Instead of having JUST a 3 Piece Effect for the armors, they need BOTH a 3 Piece Effect AND a 5 Piece Effect this way Legendary Items HAVE a viable place. I use full legendary only because it feels nice having them but I know I can do MUCH MUCH MUCH more damage if I were to swap to my full lvl50 epic but I just don't want to I solo everything at T15 expedition fine now.

Scrap Grenade on Juggler is not working the animation is not popping up sometimes it works but for the most part it's broken I just logged out got back on works for a bit then I entered a expo and it stops working
On destiny I would still be pissed about getting blue but even with nerf I don't mind blue to upgrade build

Silver clears on expeditions 15 gives 50k+ drop pod resources and a chance at 3 legendaries if you're going for the drought or collesuem. Don't be discouraged.
I played for an hour this morning and found storm whip crit stack blood lust damage absorber personal space and the juggler legendary and i dismantled it for mods. No full build yet but my techno build is coming along.
I have absolutely no idea why legendaries arent random like they are in borderlands like ive never seen a looter where legendaries have fixed stuff. Sure some legendaries are viable but we should have more. No telling what future patches and stuff will look like tho so we shall see.

Question, if you change the mod of a blue item when its blue, and then upgrade it to purple, can you change the second mod as well/ That would allow you change both mods on the same item.
Dude my only question for people in this game is has anyone ever bought a piece of gear from a vendor.
Look for targeted attributes on green gear from Bailey. Once inhand, reroll it for desireable mod. If the mod is not advantageous, hard quit game, reload, and rinse and repeat until you get one that is beneficial. Save your game. Repeat this process going from blue to purple (keep in mind that you can reroll one of these mods). Can be a tedious process, but it allows for min/maxing of gear and you can even target aesthetically pleasing pieces. Happy hunting.

I can't even get gold on CT5, I get like 7 titanium and 60 supply currency a run. Everything is so expensive and I crash every time I try co-op.

Greens too! I found a God roll green with Bonus Firepower, Close Range, Long Range. Cost me 15k leather to take it from 26 to 46. Leather is easy to farm, and I have PLENTY of it.

The Problem is that the Blues have lower Base stats after upgrading than purple. I used this Method before. My armor is still really good but Purple God rolls are much better later
if you dont like the perks you have on it when you're upgrading it you can alt+f4 to reroll those perks. when you log back in you can get whatever perk you want! because technically the game didnt save yet. i'd recommend doing it alone so you dont crash other people though
It's actually preferable if the existing mod is one you'll use on your build. That way, if the upgrade choice doesn't include a usable one, you only have one slot with a useless mod that can be swapped out, rather than a piece of gear that will always have a useless mod on it.

Does it hurt anyone else that legendaries/gold in yet another looter shooter are weaker than a lucky dropped epic/purple…Doesnt sound very legendary too me lol

To add on to this further. Aside from the attribute rolls, you may also want to look for a higher Armor or Firepower rolls.
A high tier Armor roll is around 11k Armor on EPIC armors. To get that the RARE should have atleast 8.8k Armor.
A high tier Firepower roll is around 92k Firepower on EPIC weapons. To get that, the RARE should have atleast 87.6k Firepower.
Another tip is to check the vendors once in a while.
You may also want to grab a high roll UNCOMMON, that would be 7.2k Armor and 81.9k Firepower.
These are challenges, adapt. Well said.
If you start with greens (rift town vendors sell greens at your world tier btw) you can cheaply try to roll for one of the skill mods you run when you level it to blue. If you hit one then when you level to epic it lets you reroll the tier 2 skill if you don't get one you like.
