How to FARM LEGENDARIES in the Outriders Demo! | Outriders Loot Farm
Welcome back to Outriders. In this video we are going through a loot farm in the game which is being widely used to farm for legendary drops. This one is based on the captain in the Terra Infirma side quest and I wouldn’t recommend doing any loot farming until you’re max level which is 7 and max world tier which is 5. I tried this method and the Reunion mission 3 chest run for 4 hours straight and got about 10 rares but no legendaries dropped. There are something like 15 legendaries in the demo from what I saw.

It's hard not to compare it to gears of war when people can fly made gears of war judgement which was the worse gears of war story wise at the time.

No offense but I’ve been farming two separate areas in outriders for the past hour and half I got one shotgun yesterday other then that nothing
just go and farm chests its easy and fast got 2 legendarys from chests in no time
Ah OK I'll try this next, but the chest farm took no time to get a few legendaries
Edit: I was definitely wrong my RNG is just terrible.
Don’t farm chests. I farmed 250 chests. Zero legendary drops.
I feel bad, got my first legendary after about 20 minutes of farming the 3 chests before fighting that Altered.

Downloaded yesterday and joined with a friend, I chose devastator and it feels like a Paladin Tank from wow of sorts with its mechanics and mitigation.
It's quite easy to pick up but I'll need to calibrate the sensitivity when I'm next on as I was firing all over!!😂😂

Congrats! I don't have the patience to do this 45 sec bit over and over again. I was completing all side missions in a circle, so "A Bad Day", "Terra Infirmia", the other one, repeat. Gave up after a couple of hours.
But here's a question for you: What's with your world tier when you continuously wipe. I thought it would lower ypur world tier bar and eventually drop you down a tier? Do you finish the mission every now and then to maintain world tier 5?

Had better luck with the chest route
I got a legendary from that boss had it in my inventory logged of the game, came back few hours later and dissapeared from my inventory.
Anyone else getting lucky with drops but getting the same ones ? Got three Rarog's and two pistol sets

What I like about the game is if you get the right gear you actually feel pretty powerful
I just grinded it out for 4 hours to get my first legendary. I got the one u got and its worse than my blue gun 😭 atleast I can break it for the mod tho
You can also stay at start of that level and use a good sniper rifle, make sure you kill the sniper that spawns across from you stay at start a few breachers will come to you, switch to a close range weapon kill them, before long the captain will rush you but in the starting room it’s just you an him hit him with your best skills an weapons, takes a bit longer but is safer till you have built up your armor etc.
Wanna tell me it’s broken already ?

All this for weapons that will be obsolete within an hour of playing the full game when it releases?!?! Make it make sense……

I was looking forward to this game, and then I played it. I was hoping for something other than s typical cookie cutter looter shooter with arena style battles separated by interconnected pathways. On Xbox the 5* and 1* reviews are neck and neck with crybabies screaming 'rEvIeW bOMbInG'. The controls are the worst, as it just feels clunky and floaty.
It's just a mash up of other looter shooters but just hasn't pulled it off.
I did the captain a few hours for 3 days now and no drop :(. I use Pyro with auto-shotty with ricochet bullet, Ride the wave perk for extra heatwave, Third degree to increase weapon damage by 25% when target damaged by skill. So what you basically do is run into the boss, use Overheat on him then Heatwave right after, pump your auto-shotty mag in, then use the second heatwave, and pump second mag into him (or secondary auto-shotty) and boom, hes dead. If he still have some little health left, just Feed the flame onto him and melee.
Got my second exotic today using your method, The Migraine. Previous one I got was Grim Marrow from farming the chests at solar tower.
I didn't start having fun with this game until I ran the devastator and completely gave up cover. Just run and gun and have fun. It's sad though how desperate we are as gamers for a good game. This was the first time I turned my ps4 on after the cyberpunk fiasco

Congrats Bill! Finally got on and played the game. Ran for legendaries for a while as well without success. I am having fun with this game so far, it has some real potential in the future…RIP Div2 & Destiny2

I select the altered tower story open the boxes then run back to the terra forma captain it’s all in the same route! Captain dead and 6-7 boxes!
