I really wish this game wasn't written by third graders. It's like alien covenant the video game.
I'm honestly really enjoying this game. It would be really cool if its content release schedule was completely opposite of Destiny I feel that alone would help this game do very good as long as they maintain quality content great gear and loot and further narrative expansion. Also interested to see if this world evolves the longer the game goes on like are we going to be establishing new settlements and things like that and could we see new classes down the road kind of like we did stasis and Destiny. I don't know I just see a lot of potential here
Gotta say, I enjoy this demo.
An alternate method to this is farming the captain half way to the first Real boss fight at the Solar Spire.
The Captain jumps out from a pillar immediately after you open a Blue Key door at the end of the first gunfight.
If you are grinding, it takes a bit of time to set up, as you have to reset your story point at the lobby menu but there are big benefits imo.
By resetting your story point, you reset your chests which have a chance to drop legendaries and the Captain distance after re spawn is much shorter than in Terra Infirma. You can do a "Chest run" across the map to up your world level, too.
Keep it in mind if the current method gets patched or if you want a potentially more efficient grind

I like the story and the gameplay. I’m definitely getting the game after playing the demo. Only thing I didn’t like we’re the cutscenes. They seem extremely low budget
Once you are world tier 5 wiping can't set you back tiers. And since you can't get to tier 6, it's so much easier to keep wiping.
This game is anthem without flying. Pretty unimpressive.

This game is a triple A game? Cause it's trash. Played it for several hours and the story is trash it's buggy AF and clunky controls. The graphics are bad. Guess all these streamers are getting paid to promote this game instead of being honest about it

Grinded this for about an hour and a half, and finally got a legendary auto rifle to drop. Forget the name but, it does 30% of the damage you do to a target to another nearby target. Good stuff.
Just got mine as well. Amber Vault Legendary Double Gun. A beast!
7 hours I’ve been grinding for a legendary. Not a single legendary. At least I have all my resources maxed out and have filled up my inventory with blue items so I can dismantle them when the game launches.
Is demo saves carrying over or is doing this pointless
After eliminating the captain and the enemies are too weak, or you don’t want to lose world tier, you can always quit to lobby.
This is probably the best spot to farm resources. So even if it doesn’t drop, you can still max out in about 3-4 hours.

Got my first legendary drop doing this thanks Vanguard. I got Rarógs Gaze 149 Rpm Rifle with Weakness trap and Burning bullets and has 250% critical multiplier 👍
I got the Torment and Agony pistols, they are full auto pistols that came with Judgment Enforcer and Clip Combustion
So I know a run where you can farm chests, 5 to be exact, but if you wanna do it super fast then just three, you wanna be at the start screen and select the story point option and select Confront the Altered at the Tower quest, confirm story point, once loaded into the game just go inside the building, when you come across the first pair of stairs take a right up another pair of stairs and there's your first chest, now head back outside from where you came and towards your right there's a little hill with a chest at the edge, now from there go down and take a right downhill and take another right into the water and there's a chest at the end, now this is the three fastest chest method and all you have to do is leave game and select the mission again and confirm it and repeat, but if you can wait another 30 seconds to go farm two more chest that are right next to each other then go back from the third chest and take a right once again and keep following the path past the fast travel flag and you'll reach a location where you previously fought a boss, just go towards very front of the area and you'll find a chest going towards the entrance and another through the doorway to your right, then rinse and repeat XD
Why do all these destiny clone competitor games insist on going third person???? Anthem the division and now this would have been WILDLY more successful with first person POV

Can anyone confirm this works on PS5? I have burnt around 7 hours now of non-stop grinding and no legendary. That's around 400-800 captain kills..

I am at PS5 with a Accolade Level 15 and no single drop from farming LGs 531 elites and around 400 chest plus I will go for the 1000 elites and chest to see if its at least a 1.25% chance. Did anyone get Lgs since the last patch?
Easier way of farming him is run up to captain than run all the way back to the restock the captain will follow you back with 3 enemies, you can kill the 3 enemies and captain in the cave easily without all the enemies shooting you. This is my way of farming him than let the enemies kill you and repeat.
Just started the demo today with my buddy. Looking promising so far.
I hope more people pick this up; I've had almost no success playing multiplayer. I've only played a total of about 3hrs but still…takes ages to find a match, whether hosting or joining.
6 hr grinding the mission and not a single one
If you kill all enemies but one rifleman and then let him kill you, your World Tier almost doesnt even drop. It's a very small decrease
