  3. Yeah man I'm at World tier 12 level 27 with the Devastator. I miss those Twisted rounds LOL I think when I get to level 30 and beat the game I'm going to start over with a character that has those special bullets. It seems It's The Meta and I'm sure there is going to be a nerf coming in which there should not be because playing solo is tough at times.

  4. Thanks for this. I have respecced and this suits the build I was going for perfectly. Solo is now doable and surviving so can up world tier to 6 when I unlock it 👍🏾

  5. I’m in the process making this build. Lvl 17 WT5. I still haven’t seen the perpetuum mobile mod anywhere. I wonder if they nerfed the drop rate? Or if my WT isn’t high enough.
