i was hoping for more then 6 missions and got a refund from microsoft today. dissapointed was really looking forward to playing it but a repetetive endgame and grinding is just not my cup of thea, really enjoyed Outriders campaign.
I’d say 25 honestly only cause of the repetitiveness and no randomizing for me imo but yeah wait for a sale then I’ll pick this up. Good review
It really doesn't look enticing enough to bring me back. The lack of build diversity completely killed it. It's not that it was bad, I just really felt like the great visuals and feel was squandered with a lack of customization to keep it feeling fresh. Just looking for the same skills and pieces for several hours on end constantly feeling like my time was wasted.
Worth $20++ at most imo
After a whole year they didn't add much definitely not worth full price
Its unplayable as at launch, its a joke when you preorder a game and it's in this state
They absolutely missed so much they could have done they are half way there to Making a Dark souls like game with guns they could've done that but they missed out on that they had a whole year to add this stuff not much improvement on any aspect
So no power/level increase, still end game forced coop and only in dlc are more classes playable. Got it. Not worth $70 aud.
Video was great! $40 DLC is a little steep for some stuff that is kinda repetitive but we also can’t take away all new stuff added and some stuff fixed. Now I wonder will they have sale on the base game of outriders
Heard story was 2 or 3 hours.
My second day playing this game, update drops pretty screen all blue and shiny, but I cant log in , so is it worth playing, Not Right Now. Not good for first impressions of a game I only started playing 1 day ago.
Release a cool game cursed by bugs and server issues, slowly patch it into shape and finally, when people could enjoy it, release an overpriced DLC to try to attract them?
This had potential, but the way it's handled is pretty bad. Turn offs at every corner. Too bad, I wanted to love this game.
This DLC is like an "Easy" update and after the Major fail Launch and crap devs. that stil haven´t fix some problems it should be free for the low amount of folks that did stay with Outriders. 🙂
And do hear it is server down problems all over again, so should for sure wait to buy it .
Just wanna remind people a few things before they buy (I bought it, enjoying it, but still see glaring issues). 1) since the maps are instanced, and PCF don't understand spacing or cover mechanics, expect to get pinned against walls on the regular. Just go ahead and die and try again. 2) If you want to laugh and you play a female character, watch her eyes during some cut scenes. She will be looking straight up at nothing while the person you are talking to is standing or sitting in front of you. 3) The movement on controller (even after tampering with settings) is more janky than Joe Biden on a bicycle. 4) Don't forget to collect your free gear after every apocalypse tier, you will easily miss the symbol showing you've ranked up. 5) Invest all your points into patience. This game isn't hard like a souls game, but frustrating like the original Ninja Gaiden on NES. Good luck everyone! Thank you!!!

Finished the campaign in approximately 2 hours and it only took that long because I didn't exit the cut scenes early. Endgame is all about the grind for gear and weapons. Lots of new builds to try.
I cannot even log into the stupid game can somebody tell me how can I cancel this game so I can get my money back
Why would they not add more expeditions on top of this DLC its been forever.
For $60 (CAN), I'll wait for a sale 🙄

Refunded the pre-order. Game didn't work on launch and was falsely sold that Tarya Gretar was some sort of randomised endgame. I'm not gonna pay this price to play the same old Expeditions again and again if their new "endgame" is the same singular dungeon. They obviously didn't learn their lessons from the base game.
