Sorry I missed your Outriders streams last week. I fell asleep both times! Your build of the concussioner makes sense. The FP concussioner is bad. The worst FP devastator set imo. I built a concussioner set using all epic apoc gear and it's much stronger than the legendary set. I ran my bannerlord and the concussioner character I made in boomtown and the final damage score was 530 million to 605 million in favor of the concussioner.
