Surprisingly one of the best sets for an Anomaly Technomancer build happens to be one that has Firepower passives, and that is the Borealis set! The 90% damage to frozen targets applies to all damage sources, including turrets, so let’s see how good AP Techno can really be!

I say try the iceberg sniper in the back ground, to deal massive damage on frozen enemies, the 90% damage boost on top of the 25000 base dmg of the sniper melts enemies when you hit weak points … which won’t be to difficult if everything is frozen . Great video , the new horizon update really let’s you play however you want since there are no timers .

  2. tried this build out, with most of the gear you suggested, still looking for the perfect rolled purples but working with what i got, and this build is a blast. It's a breeze through ct 15 and glad to finally play another build than the bullet build. thnx.

  3. Personally I would have dropped the 4 perks in bottom tree. Still picking up Adrenalizing though. And used those points to go up and get Marked for Execution. Since that is an extra 12% multiplicative damage over base vulnerable.

    Which is most likely better than the 20% extra AP, 15% resistance pierce and the 20% resistance. You are getting. As it also helps out your team.

    Then take a One Shotter Rifle with Grand Opening and Snowsquall. Instead of the Umbra. As with the rifle you would freeze every enemy it hits every shot. And it also freezes them before Grand Opening procs. So you are always getting the 90% on every hit from Grand Opening. While also giving great single target damage that can be used every second in a large radius.

    I would also replace the duration mod with Increase Damage for Cryo Turret. Since IIRC Hail Shot takes the added damage from the mod into consideration. And since Increase Damage over doubles the damage per shot of the Cryo Turret, you then have Hail Shot coming in with up to a 2.7 times boost to the damage. (Assuming you have 6 status power items equpped) So you could most likely be seeing 100k damage per shot from the turrets.

    Or if not Increase Damage then the Cold Snap mod that removes all Armour as then you could likely get a fair amount of extra damage out of your guns, especially with a one shot rifle with it's high crit. But I think that is worse than Increase Damage + Hail Shot Cryo Turrets.

  4. I run a similar build with a few different nodes and a different secondary. I highly recommend changing your primary to the Damascus Offering and add fortress to that. Claymore Torrent will hit frozen/toxic enemies for 900k + every 2 seconds. You don’t even need to worry about using moaning winds in that case since they’ll all be dead before they get to you.

  5. Great video! Never would have considered Borealis for an AP build! PCF should allow us to mod one armor attribute, the way they allow us to change on armor/weapon mod. That would be awesome!! Thanks again!

  6. Hello, very nice build. I tried this build and added the suggestions from Alastair and playing in CT13 it was really good and kept the enemies frozen. Damage was incredible. Thank you again. One note, I don’t have the same weapons as you do but I used some of the mods you used. Thank you.
