I agree this game has so much potential as a live service game. I want to play it more. It does so many things right.
This was clearly meant to be a one and done game it’s not fixed anyway shape or form anthem is way betta than this game and I like it but boring AF once u reach 31 apoc tier especially the loot is trash and I felt they sneak buff the npc’s especially the last sentinel his pattern is way off than normal damage mitigation is still off destiny is boring for a long tyme now at least there’s content and div2 been dead and boring no power fantasy just more bugz!!!!
I hit lvl40 other day it's almost 2 months to get there yes it's a utter grind if they changed it then I would make more classes. No it will never be anthem. I will never go back to shitvision utter garbage I would rather play anthem than that game.
Just by tweaking numbers (lesser grind, better loot) they could have buy the time needed to face the bigger problems (loadouts, content).
They refused to do even that. We suffered by crappy loot last year, but they upped the legendary droprates, in the very last moment and probably in panic, by 100%. So we have forgiven (but not forgotten). And now we are here again… and we will be here again in every single future project of People can Fly (Outriders or not).
The last patch made it clear for me: The Devs of People can Fly are pigheaded, stubborn, vindictive and their "vision of the game" sucks… and that will not change. Not this year, not next year… probably never.
In my opinion: Square Enix should kick them out and hire a better team for Outriders 2… or they should let Outriders die now, so we finally can burry it under a gigantic mountain of "Non-Class Sets" and "Non-Apoc" items.
Anthem is still better then outrider at a base level. Better base game in terms of mechanics for me. That being said outriders is still fantastic. If you are burnt out on a game put it down…. Play something else and come back no one is forcing us to grind just on one game it’s 2022 people 😅
PCF IS BEYOND OVER DUE, FOR THEIR SERVERS TO BE OFFICIALLY FIXED, AND YES WE AS GAMERS CANT WAIT FOR THE FIRST DESCENDANT, BECAUSE PCF DONT CARE AND NEVER CARED ABOUT OUTRIDERS, THEIR ONLY CONCERN IS THE MONEY, AND THEY GET MAD WHEN THIS FACT COMES UP, SO THEY PURPOSELY CAUSE ME, TO GET SERVER ERROR OFTEN…DAM HATERS!!!!
40 tiers and only trials added as an end game activity… they needed at least 2x more endgame content and the drops are ridiculous most of the time. Expeditions should drop more apocalyptic perks to make them more relevant.
I stopped because the loot sucked. I’d play for 2 hours and get 1 decent piece of gear.
The grind is way too long… I only yesterday got to apoc 40 one my first of 4 characters. The grind is too long if they fix that and loot drop rate for apoc gear it’ll keep the bleeding of players to a minimum 💪
So their priority was to stop people getting apocalypse tiers to quickly. They are so far off the mark it's hilarious
They could let us redo the story at a harder difficulty for better xp boost so we can get to apoc 40
The GRIND!! It's F'ing ridiculous.
Sorry and this upsets me a top game but it's dead up to a 5 mins plus to find a team other night I went a made a coffee and still no game found and leaving mine as slowed down. Drops are joke the decent can't come quicker for me rest in peace outriders
No raid announced yet ? or "seasonal" event ? ( chrismas , halloween , etc.)
Worldslayer has pretty much killed Outriders off.
They need to increase the Experience gain by 50%, increase the drops by 50% get rid of none Apoc gear, and add more content. Then make it a live service game so the game can actually be profitable and the community can have a larger variety of content to play while experimenting with build crafting 😎
I’m 100% sure that if PCF continued to produce content, players would be happy to pay for new DLC and create the franchise/ IP they’ve been discussing. Why not keep building on the base game like other IP’s do, rather than making an outriders 2? Players will stick with a game that gets new DLC, and they will pay for expansions. You could even (at some point) engine overhaul/ add new classes/ new game modes. Building on what is already there seems more logical than starting anew
Everyone needs to keep in mind that this was supposed to be a 1 and done game from the start, the fact that they added anything at all is a plus.
