Yes the only legendaries I got from a full play through of this game on multiple characters is the quests that just give 1 to you, they need to explain how the drop rate is changed because I don’t see it, 3 full play through and tier 15 doesn’t make then more common very annoying. That’s how they’re going to get people to play the game for more then a week just the people who want to grind for no reason 😂 they already screwed a bunch over with this new patch PVE games don’t need character nerfs just balance between all of them, trickster is still the only character who sustains health properly compared to the other 3
They are decreasing the legendary drop rate so I mean they just don't want us to get them I guess
I'm at WT15 and haven't gotten a legendary drop yet, only legendary I got was from the WT rewards and side quests. I think the drop rate is extremely low and rare, maybe nerfed even. At some point, many will just stop playing as the game will become very repetitive.
I tweeted at them today asking about the drop rates also. i also asked if this game wants to be like diablo with its torment system legendaries should drop extremely often as they do in other games with this system. and why would i play om higher world tiers if stuff isnt guaranteed
You're running a story boss battle on World Tier 8 and you're expecting Legendary loot to drop?
Yeah, I feel like there is no difference between world tier 15 and world tier 5 in regards to legendary drops. I have yet to see a legendary drop outside of expeditions or quests
I've had a few legendary drops on my first playthrough with devastator. The one most exciting was torment and agony from a warlord, was wt10/11, hadn't had any decent sidearms that I would/could actually use until that.
I got a legendary drop from this boss on world tier 6 it was a sub machine gun and I don't even use sub machine guns :/
Just do the wanted, hunt, and historian sets. One guaranteed legendary for each. Repeatable.
I'm still leveling (23) (WT 9) and I've seen 1 legendary. Actually off that boss a few levels earlier and WT 8. It was a light machine gun
I got a legendary the first time I killed him and when I finished the outriders legacy quest it dropped 10 legendaries
I am WT 10, level 25. I received 1 guaranteed Legendary from this boss. However, literally 15 minutes ago I collected 2 legendaries from killing enemies in the Stronghold, one I got from the big green boss, the other from killing one of those monsters that fire the laser beams at you. Sorry I forgot the name of the enemies I’ll edit them in

Even if you have 350% extra Legendary drop rate, that is whatever super low base drop rate, i think i heard 1.4, +350% to that is still not a lot, and it's only from select mobs like in the demo.
I get got 4 Legos yesterday just running tyrannos in the forest side quest. Kill boss let ads kill u
There aren't determined gold drops in expeditions either, even running gold runs doesnt grant you a gold weapon. Plus legendary weapons in this game are trash, youre better off leveling up a blue gun
How did you keep all thst titanium? Myself each time i go and selectthe mission again the titanium reverts to what i had before
