I would add that if you feel your world tier is to high drop it back of you are having to many issues. You can always come back and do it again on a higher tier later. I don't think they wanted to design this game to have controller in the middle of the screen

You can also just lower the World Tier if you want instead of replaying old missions or not doing side quests. Then once you level a little and get some better gear just increase the WT back to your maximum

So I have questions about the crafting system. MTashed was playing earlier today and he managed to roll a pretty sweet sniper rifle but with one particularly glaring flaw. It had no sights at all. Is there a modification system in the game to allow players to fix issues like that?

Not so keen on the "kill yourself to farm" stuff. When you die the game drops your world tier progress, all side quests are replayable, so is it worth it?
