  1. I've heard enough from all the reaction Randy's in these chats. I'm sure they will buff/balance some things but y'all need to chill. Trickster sounded broken, cool bring it down to earth. They fixed an exploit. Are there really people complaining about not being able to farm legendary gear already????? They can't just do it all in one day with all the server issues. Nobody wants a game where all you do is max your gun and everything else is just farts in the breeze. Any of you hating on the game before one good title update will never last lol

Ok so here are my thoughts if you go after the mods you screw over a lot of support builds cause those support builds do no damage and some of those mods are the ONLY way to get some kind of damage as support.. to do the higher tier stuff you have to buff those tricksters to do more damage to compensate for your lack of dps. So this is more tricky than anything. I would agree to not nerf anything cause or tweak some of the classes you can't really touch the mods. Lowering the legendary stuff hurts cause its hard to get the mods as is and I'm not OP and I don't have tons of time to sit here for 16 hours a day grinding. I honestly am not for nerfing anything of any sort it is a looter shooter and a lot of the legendaries I do get.. I have to dismantle cause its TOO exspensive to upgrade.. So I get level 38 legendaries from hunt/bounty but I need level 45-50 stuffs. So honestly it does not matter if I get 1000000000 legendaries if their not to scale their worthless except for mods or turning them into titanium…. Anyway thats just my two cents. (Note: My technomancer support did 2.9 mil damage.. buffing the un-nerfed trickster friend I have did 29 mil.. lower expedition run, but I healed for 35k. but we tried to do a higher and there was not enough dps to beat it)

  3. I thoroughly dislike that everyone focuses on the word "Nerf". This wasn't nerfing, this was a balance fix. As it stated in the reddit post, world tier 15 and high level expeditions are the hardest content we have, it should be difficult, and due to these class builds it is super easy to clear. Yes, the other builds are weak and I agree that they need to be fixed. But this is hardly enough to be in uproar about. BTW, have you played the builds since the balance? My technomancer still rips through enemies.

    I also have no idea why people are mad at the timer for expeditions. Seriously? They gave us a metric to be graded on for bragging rights and to get additional loot. Gold tier rewards should be near impossible to achieve, unless you are in min-maxxed gear, with a great thought out plan and with a group. Shoot, I'd say make them harder, offer different metrics for solo, duo, and full groups adding more loot for more players in your party to promote multi-player.

    I dont like the idea of 1 end all be all build for classes. I don't like when there is 1 meta and if you don't fit, then you aren't welcome. They do need to do more to help the other builds flourish, but for now I am fine with this "balance".

    P.S. leaderboards would be awesome.

This is a PVE game, stop nerfing crap, and yes you will eventually grow tired of this game like any other looter shooters, it is up to them to give us content, not nerfing gear and making the game harder, it's like buying a Ferrari doing 220 miles per hour and a week later the dealer decided to cap my top speed to 50% less because they believed I was arriving to fast to my place of work.
    Fixing exploits like the legendary that's ok, but STOP NERFING.

  5. Hope they fixed the "mass sell" DC bug. For those that don't know if the host of your party mass sells their inventory it will kick all other party members to the dashboard. Doesn't happen every time but have had it happen 7 out of 10 times my mate sold everything after an expedition!

  6. I'll say what I said on Reddit: Yeah, bringing those down is pretty reasonable, especially as a short notice fix. This is getting blown way out of proportion, with people claiming that PCF, "nerfed everything," and the hyperbole is running free.

    The whole, "don't nerf this, buff everything else in the game," is just absurd from a dev time perspective, especially when you you see a response of, "well, just buff the enemies." Buffing all enemies in the game would be a nerf to every single build. Buffs and nerfs in PvE only exist in relation to the content itself. So, "buffing everything except bullet builds," would just be nerfing bullet builds with extra steps.

    As for expeditions? I'm not sure. I've done one so far, and while I'm not categorically opposed to the timer, I think the implementation right now is a bit… "meh." I'd prefer a system where we were progressing a bar, with bonuses unlocked for quick completion, rather than the hard pass/fail system for advancement we have right now, but Expeditions do work. The content is engaging (at least initially), so we'll see where that ends up over time.

    I do find it amusing how many people are like, "I can't no life this game," but are also claiming to have already put over 40 hours into it in a single week, and already gotten to endgame. If someone is saying, "there's no path to solo CT15 for me now," and also, "I can't no life this, like the streamers," then they haven't experienced that barrier for themselves, they don't actually know it exists, they're simply regurgitating what they've been told. That's the real danger of an echo chamber.

  7. Imo if they were gonna nerf the trickster they should've had it like -10% health for certain perks eg, -10 health +20% assault rifle damage. That way it gives higher risk for a good reward. After 4 of similar perks you'd be down to 60% health so you would need to lean into shields and change your build or be a true glass cannon!

  9. Personally I would like to see mutiple viable builds instead of everyone having to go bullet builds. I have been using a mini gun build even though it's not as strong but it's boring to see same stuff all the time.

  12. I’m sorry but no one can be mad when YTers are the ones who upload exploits and these insanely broken builds. When someone finds something that’s potentially OP their first thought is to upload a video on it and then the community goes crazy with the information. If you don’t want the devs to nerf the builds then keep your builds to yourself🤷🏾‍♂️

  13. It would be nice if when looking around for your teammates the icons weren't all green but were the color that goes with their class. Blue for trickster, red for pyro and so on. When it gets chaotic it would make it easier to say get behind a devastator's bullet reflect when you need to find him quickly.

  14. When you complete all 10 hunts it supposed to give you a legendary if it's your first time. They removed the ability to acquire multiple legendaries when you complete all 10 hunts multiple times… even yesterday Square confirm that they worded it incorrectly in the patch notes.
    Just like with division 2 it doesn't matter if a character gets nerfed if a build gets nerfed that's the beauty of mods you can find a way to avoid the change. just like earlier today there was a YouTuber who made a video of a modified trickster build for assassin and it doesn't affect him at all for expeditions…

  15. Just like what I said on other YouTube videos you would expect tjus kind of rebalancing 3 months after released not 3 weeks… most importantly the problem is not that they nerfed trickster the problem is they didn't even buff the classes that needs to be buff for end game such as Devastator

  16. Why is it disappointment “especially “ with the trickster? What did they get that the techno didn’t? Also the cool down on twisted rounds vs blighted is laughable. Can you imagine running out of your damage dealer & waiting like 16 seconds(?) asks the technomancers having to wait 45+ for ours to come back since day one.. you can handle 25 seconds. We aren’t here complaining. smh I say lower technomancer cooldown to match & just adapt. Hell I’m getting along ok with blighted cooldown. Figured I’d just pop in to laugh at those tricksters.

Hunt wanted and historian quest will give you a guaranteed legendary as long as you complete one of those missions on the highest difficulty you can do then all you have to do is do the rest of them on the world Tier 1 for speed. If you’re quick enough you can get 3 random legendary‘s in an 1/30 hour

  18. With all the problems they are having with the launch and even now. They tell us they are working 24/7 on a fix but come up with a nerf. I was playing with a buddy on 4/8 we both just hit level 30 and were heading in to check out a expedition as we were walking his legendary snipper in his hands disappeared and was replaced with a blue one.

  19. This a game where you are supposed to be the boss! I mean come on, the lore behind the altered is that they are pretty much demi-gods amoung ants. This game is meant to be a power fantasy but instead of building around a power fantasy they nerf the first opportunity they get.

    This is why I dumped Warframe. Because it was supposed to be a power fantasy but because DE can't or won't work on the enemies AI and making real difficulty vs having bullet sponges and play wack-a-mole with a nerf bat on every ability the community gravitate towards because it's fun. Steve and the rest of the team would rather improve graphics, sound, and in-game physics rather than tackling the hard challenges. Then tell everyone more than EIGHT YEARS down the line that this was the plan all along. Pfft!

    Your tag line PCF is that cover is for your enemy! But you want to nerf.

  20. Every time I get stuck playing a trickster BTW I have to get my smashy bullet shield friend to match make in and just walk through like a invincible god and they nerfed me? Huh I’m never getting The mod guy back sigh

  21. Solo Play should not be effected by some of this if you have a solo only character, and have solo only be a game option. Timers in online play has always been a problem, just look at Fallout 76, timers for missions are bullshit. Not having single player verse multi player options because of Nerfs are not a solution.

  22. The fact that one class was underpowered and this is a pure PvE game, they nerfed every other class…why?
    I still haven’t had a random world drop legendary, only from collecting all 10 collectibles, monsters and bounties, and then I’ve only had 4 of the same grim thingy lmgs and 2 deathproof chests and 3 legs of the cannonball.

  23. My mains the devestator and so far I can’t get him past 10 in the extractions. I’m just running tier 8s and barely getting 3stars on boom town. Only legendary set that drops for me is the one where melee kills refills ammo. Why is that even a thing 😭 who ha time for slow mellee kills with end game bullets flying in every direction

I reset the monster and historian quests one time and completed them and now both of those won't let me reset them anymore 🤔🤔 idk if this was part of the update or not but I havnt been able to reset them for the past couple days… the bounty missions however still work and I've been farming weapons on that and the past 2 runs I've done I actually got rewarded 2 legendaries instead of 1 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

  25. Trickster does not suck bro. Try using the one shot shotgun build. Trust me I'm level 43 and I hit like a truck with twisted rounds of course lol. Ar and subs are okay to use but shotguns is the go to for trickster
