This is the Demo version of Outsiders from Steam.
Custom Settings doesn’t change performance much, I found High preset as the most optimized setting for GTX 1060.
Note: If you turn on V-Sync, the game will run with a significantly high frame rate but will look blurry. Something wired going on with V-sync in this demo version, hope this be fixed.

Impressive. I was talking with friends in a forum about it. Low is absolutely playable nowadays. The time of potato graphic os gone! And its nice! Really good performance on a old midrange like 1060!
