Outriders Devastator Top Tree (Vanquisher) Build- Legendary Statue Armor Set. new meta? High Dps

Hey guys so this build in all honesty requires a crap ton of legendary gear.
As the title suggests you need at least a few pieces of armor from the statue armor set. Preferably the head and the torso. From there adding on any piece will do just fine to activate the set bonus. One mod that makes this build flow better is the double jump mod. This is a tier 3 mod for the devastators. You don’t need it per se but it makes the build flow better.

Along with that we focus on the top tree so we are taking advantage of Altered Charge and the legendary armors set bonus!
