I started making this build about 2 days ago before I saw this video, you can do it with purples, I’m using the legendary pants and boots, but you can farm legendary set pieces from doing your hunts quite easily.

Use shield zap. Trust me
I use Daimyo with shield maiden. Amazing weapon for those micro seconds for CD.
emergency stance is bugged, its active even when the visual effect isn't running, you can see the buff on bar all the time. if they fix this I imagine a lot of people will not feel so survivable with this mod. Have you experimented with alternatives?

I just wanted to add, that I feel like you may have overlooked "Anomaly Enhancement" Tier II on weapon mods. This allows for 30% of your Anomaly Power to be added to your weapon damage, passively. This also rises with any buffs that increase your Anomaly Power, needless to say. This allows you to not ONLY be godly ability power, but your guns suddenly become shredders. Don't take my word for it, try it out!
Also "Shield Zap" is amazing alternative to the boots, anytime you have a shield up it deals AOE Lightning to 2 targets within 10m of you. This is essentially a passive damage when in the middle of CYclone Slice!

Bullwark. 43% more dmg for every thing. So fortres with bullwark and moaning winds and an anomaly with the same 2 lvl 3 mods. Just like the devestators. Your wellcome.
What if you have no legendaries how do you make this build
@laserbolt I have a better anomaly build than this if you’re interested. 174k anomaly power 102k armour, inflicts weakness on everything AND deals more damage. Can tank anything and I’ve never been beaten in damage in 3 man teams even against tecnos
