  2. First of all, I commend PCF for providing us a detailed update we’ve all been asking for and I’m glad they decided on a specific day per week to provide these lengthy details. I cannot however understand why they don’t just scrap the appreciation package.. From what they say, it seems to be a difficult algorithm to determine legendaries players haven’t gotten yet.. I’ve put over 200 hours into this game and I can’t believe there are many people (who are consistently playing this game) who haven’t obtained most legendaries or truly care about an extra legendary they can obtain in 10-15 minutes in expeditions. I just think the devs time could be utilized elsewhere..

These devs are a joke the game has been out for how long and it's worse than ever then they blame us because we don't understand the drop rate mechanics is bull I put over 200 hours in this game and got one legendary drop All the rest came from missions or hunts but that's my fault because I don't understand the mechanics . Yeah my ass

  7. Cloud, you need to BUFF legengary gear in terms of powa. I really feel the freedom that epics have over legengary, makes these items lackluster. Buff legengary gear by giving them a 3rd mod slot.

  8. They didn't say they were changing drop rates , they said there were going to explain how drop rates work. ie.CT 15 has 4 chances at a lego each with a 25% chance to be a lego

  10. Has anyone ever had a lego drop WT15? I have a little over 300h played on my Devastator, 250h atleast in expeditions the rest in campaign WT15 doing Hunt missions (still no Seismic Helmet) and I have never had a legendary drop for me.

  13. Reading comprehension and understanding. Nothing has been said about increasing Legendary drop rates or specific drops in regards to one area.

    Evidently players do not understand the drop rate mechanics so they plan to explain WHY it takes 278.6 hours to gain a Legendary Chest Piece.

    I sincerely hope all come to understand these drop mechanics and that it is your fault you gain no Legendary drops because of your lack of understanding.

    Perhaps they will lock both mod slots on gear, then your understanding will come into play as you once again grind for 348 hours for a new piece of gear with desired mods.

    Have fun with the grind. All of it is your fault, you simply do not understand.

  15. Don't get me wrong, but who the hell has all the legendaries, cause they are one lucky son of a btch. The drops are shit, I recently got about 4-5 leg Marshal trousers in like around 5 expedition runs, the exact same legs lmao

So many players are holding back from using trainers after +500 hours of play to get a legendary to complete their sets because they still believe that the game might unlock the loot table after insane triple over time playing hours beside avoiding the permanent water mark. So we started playing less day after day and moved to play other games Shrug

  17. As a game coder, they are just flapping their gums. It is real simple to adjust a loot table. Hence the word "table". Change the percentage chance for something to drop on which ever loot table applies to that area, boss, vendor, etc. One of the easiest things to change to be honest. Same goes for Tiago's legos changing every week. God forbid they make it like Xur or any vendor in almost any shooter. Their excuses for doing things are just insane. Easy fix for the damage mitigation; Restore the "bug" on the Golem mod, then work on trying to figure out why people at full health are getting one shot. All I have heard from PCF is excuses. Anyway, back to Biomutant; might not be great at some things, but better than this train wreck. Great information as always Cloud!
