too little to late this game is done might get some players back but enough to matter no i don't think so
A huge amount of endgame loot from the start combined with an open loot pool is a match made for failure.
You would have a really hard time convincing me that anyone at PCF has ever played this game. This game is dead. Too little, too late from PCF. Even with boosting your chance of a lego from 2% to 4%, yes, that is the actual number you are dealing with at CT15. A 4% chance on the first 4 items. So Outriders has gone from a game that requires 600 hours of grind, to finally ONLY being 300 hours to grind. But PCF and Squenix got their money grab, so screw the gamers, right? Outriders doesn't have a world to build on like No Man's Sky did. The title was on the fence as a live service game. Grossly misrepresented numbers gave the game the green light for support. The company had to hold out for three months to avoid major class action lawsuits. Don't be surprised if you see a major drop in support and patches after this "concession" by the devs.
Hmm – the article says the legendary drop rate is being doubled – it's being increased by 100%. There's a difference.
My friend and I were playing on PC and both of us had cross play off and friends only and still people were joining us.. 😏

Hey I got the game like 1 week ago for 20€ me and my friend (both on PC) can't join each other (we tried f ing EVERYTHING ) the only way we were able to "meet" is via joining a random lobby and gambling on it. In short: can someone help me on Twitter neither outriders nor PCF answers me

Sometimes I feel like these dipshit game developers only care about getting from point A to point B after releasing these new games. Replaying Sega and SNES games feels better than all this new school bs . Such a waste of years of work. I hope they read this and reconnect with their original reason for joining this profession.
What burns me and pieces that I can't get is the death sentence mod and the lava leech helm. And I've done eye of storm 6 times. Only silvers but completed. Also on eye of storm 6 timed not a single Lego at all.

3 months, and hundreds of hours in, and I still haven’t seen an Acari Chest, or Lich Helmet.
As I've joked about on other videos, doubling the drop of Deathshield from 0.01% to 0.02% isn't going to make any difference to most players. This game could be great, but PCF dropped the ball so hard that many players are to far gone to consider returning. I uninstalled this game May 1st and I haven't bothered returning. Don't care if I got 20 god rolled legendaries waiting for me and a free DLC key mailed to me. PCF didn't care about us until we started leaving, so, why should I care if they fix their game now? Honestly, I'd rather support Gearbox, because at least I know the bad apples are limited to Randy Pitchford and a few others, whereas PCF I can't put a face to any of the problems. Quite literally all I see from PCF is a company FULL of Randy Pitchfords. I bought a game expecting a full game, not to be an Alpha tester and certainly not to wait a month to have a life ring thrown to me.
And these guys, who thought that a contentless game with stupid farming could satisfy everyone, are supposed "professionals"?
Is that a pre-quel to the end of the reality?
Are we getting into the 4th dimension?

Given that this wasn't supposed to be a live service game, they did an insanely terrible job at releasing the game. The story was mediocre for a PVE only game, the loot system is pathetic and the character customization is laughable; it all becomes more apparent when you get to endgame. In my opinion, even if they were to implement everything that the player base wanted since the majority of us hit endgame, it's too late to revive the game and too costly for them to do so. This definitely feels like an anthem situation. There's really no point in DLC and they need to start looking at outriders 2, learning from their huge mistakes from its predecessor and bringing back faith to the community with constant updates to what the sequel will have and will improve on.
The update was ok 2weeks ago but this latest update has broken the tha game even more than the beginning xbox 1x
