The loot systems in Outriders are so very satisfying and that, along with build diversity, ability synergy, mods/perks, is what has me excited for the full game launch on April 1st. This is my Outriders demo review and first impressions.

  1. See, that’s what I keep hearing is missing from D2. The gear was customizable in D1. Instead of chasing gear an leveling up you were after taking what you had an customizing it. Thanks Abby, loving the videos.

  2. OMG Abby you have so many purples and gold weapons so far IM SO JELLY!!! Ive killed that captain about 500 times it feels like and I just got one gold gun (the Amber Vault Doublegun – it is badass btw) … its too much fun I cant stop farming…I cant wait for the full game with the implemented fixes – it feels like April 1st is a year away

  3. Overall the versatility in Outsiders is fantastic. I have played over 135 hours and have many legos and max mats across all four classes and can't get enough of this great new IP. I have thoroughly enjoyed every second of the demo and can safely say that I'm hugely impressed by what People Can Fly have done so far. My main going into the full game will be the Technomancer, followed very closely by the Trickster.

  4. I really like the game but I find it really hard to see the foes clearly from the environment, will give it another chance when the full game comes out maybe with different back ground that would change , the camera shakes though, other than that had fun .

  5. After playing so many big title that getting stuff wrong, outriders did nail a lot of the core mechanics, and promise to have more on the way.
But sadly the product still feel a bit rush as there are a lot of obvious rough edges, which I assume is on dev's to-do list before demo launch, but they still in the stage of trying to fix bigger problem first.
