Me and 2 other friends played the demo together and honestly straight up. This game is an Xbox 360 title pushed to the max. People Can Fly should have released this game back in 2012 right after Bulletstorm. OH WAIT. When you turn on the game it actually says 2012-2021. Which means they started development in 2012 and it must have been in development hell for NINE YEARS. The animations and overall textures and graphics in general straight up feel like tis from 2012. Basically its BulletStorm's engine but 3rd person. Honestly I feel like the game is worth 30 bucks. Not 60. With that being said it was fun to play with friends. Worth the money on a steep steep discount and after a bunch of patches and bug fixes. GPU usage also doesn't make sense at times. Low GPU utilization for no reason.

Played a bit of the demo so far and it’s literally a combo of destiny + gears of war + the division
I have a 3090 as well. Force the game to use DX12 to get way better performance. Dx11 is lower performance. In the launcher options on steam set '-dx12' without the single quotes.
Result: profit and 30 to 40 more fps.
This works on any dx12 capable card.
