In this video, we go over my Outrider Devastator melee bleed build. This guide includes skills, class tree, weapons, gear, and mods. Using this build, it’s easy to survive and solo or coop CT15 expeditions. It’s a really fun endgame build that isn’t meta or winning speedrun competitions but it’s mindless and funny to punch things in the face.
