This is the closest i’ve seen GeForce NOW RTX 3080 vs Local RTX 3080 comparison we have done to date, the GeForce NOW 3080 was so close to the RTX 3080 Gaming PC that there is no need to keep it installed locally anymore.

Wow, that difference is so small, Nvidia definitely has a winner with the new tier.
It's incredible how great the 3080 tier is. I'm spoiled. I want to play all games in 3080, I keep circling my local PC gaming store
Geforce Now 3080 is awesome.
I expected to see minimal improvement because I'm not a 4k fanboy and questioned if the upgrade was worth it. One hour later it became a clear 100% yes I'm absolutely loving it

They look very similar but I could tell the right is the cloud 3080 because of the rare sutter present.
Why the FPS go down with the 3080 cloud tier? isn't it supposed to be a higher version of the 3080 with 35Tflops and killer configuration with Threadripper and PCI Gen4 SSD ?
Someone on reddit told me difference in pictures quality was huge lol sent him both this and cyberpunk comparison you made to shut him down.
Been playing lots of war thunder in 4k all maxed here with fps between 105 and 135 no dlss where the founder tier gave me around 50 to 60 fps at 1080p all maxed and i needed to use quality dlss to just get there. Massive difference.
Having access to a full 3080 rig in the cloud at that price seems like an absolute steal, especially with current GPU market prices.
I've been playing the heck out of this game on Stadia. Had it for only 2 weeks & I'm hooked.

Have you noticed any micro stutters or small lag randomly on any versions??
To be fair, any difference would be hidden by youtube video compression. And if there is any difference in reaction time can't be shown on a side by side.
Don't get me wrong I love this comparisons but it's pointless to show them like this.
It's for us to tell the difference because of YouTube compression but GeForce now looks great!

I can clearly see the difference and know which is which! Geforce Now has a 2D picture while Local has a real involving feelings in the world. Its more 3D feeling. Also, the Picture is much more clear on the Local version. Sadly, I don't have 2000$ to buy a graphic card.
If you watch the close up textures its obvious. Around 0:33–0:36 at the concrete barriers.
But i'm wondering how much it degrades the quality of this youtube compression. I wish it has a one mont version…
