This is a quick guide on how to complete the Secret accolade that states “Get access to a locked room to complete this accolade” You also get 1 Guaranteed Legendary item from it! As well as the 55th hidden side quest which is also needed in order to complete another of the accolades!

How is it even possible to be on t1 at that part of the story and the t1 bar is totally empty. Weird.
If you go into the area at WT1 then your legendary will only be a level 28 at best (depending on your current level as well). I suggest upping the WT to as high as you can. You ONLY have two battles using the route he takes – a bunch of monsters early on, then a small group by the large door. If you can manage WT15 on these two battles then your legendary gear will be level 42. You CANNOT simply change the WT before you start the hidden quest to get a maxed-level legendary (i tried). Hope this helps since you can only do it once. note: I know you can use titanium to level the piece up, but this route might be easier then grinding for resources at your current level. thanks for listening.
