This is my main dev build. It’s not dps in anyway though dishes out enough still to get silver and sometimes gold on CT15s still. However it’s as tanky as can be, gives several tank buffs to teammates too, focus a decent amount of damage still in close range AoE mods, and looks really cool too utilizing the Statue armor. So what more could you ask for from a Devastator?
