Only 1 mod has changed. Improved Damage is replaced by the Reload Boost. It has a really nice synergy with this build. See my pinned comment for explanation.
Reload Boost is pretty OP. It increases your anomaly damage by +50%. This means that all anomaly damage (yes, including your moaning winds and claymore) gets +50% damage.

Explanation:
– Reload Boost is pretty OP. It increases ALL of your anomaly damage by +50%. That's why it became the new meta.
– Activate volcanic rounds then switch to The Guillotine. This will trigger Reload Boost bonus. Reload your Guillotine to trigger Radiation Splash + Moaning Winds which will deal +50% more damage because of Reload Boost.
– Switch back to damascus offerring and try to trigger fortress buff (green light on your character's hand).
– Use Faser (to trigger Ashen Champion) then Eruption. These skills also benefit from Reload Boost and Fortress.
– Damascus Offering synergizes well with this build because of Status Power (for Faser) + Claymore Torrent benefits from Reload Boost.
– Same with The Guillotine. Status Power + Radiation Splash + Moaning Winds.
– Reload boost uptime is 100%. Since buff duration lasts 15s but Volcanic Rounds CD is only 14s.
– We now have a reason to use Volcanic Rounds.
– Survivability is not lacking since you have Fortress buff and also have the flexibility to not switch weapon immediately if your HP is low (Skills Life Leech from burning enemies is your main survivability. Time your switch!)
– Don't forget to use Damascus Offering even without Volcanic Rounds!! Claymore Torrent proc benefits from Reload Boost!
