  1. UPDATE: This was brought to my attention by friend but just tested this on Wanted Quests & Works Same Way.

    PS: You don't have to do world tier 1 for 1st 9. I'm actually farming piece I need for my build while I wait for my friend to get on and couldn't do it and put it back on 15. If you farm it out on higher, you will get many rares/epics and possible even legend here or there on highest tiers.
