Outriders insanely powerful weapon mod combo tears through enemies
here is a combo for weapon mods i find really really nice perfect for dishing out insane damage and no need for the deathshield tier 3 mod fortress which is nice works great on builds like pyromancer debuff or any that can up the damage enemies take from mod damage combining the best of single target and aoe damage very strong and best in some builds.

  1. Iv tested this weapon with different mods and skill perks and I can get the lighting to hit over 300k every second and the comet hits over 750k every 3 seconds, good for single target But iv gone back to my ash/overheat build as I can wipe entire areas very quickly lol

  2. How would comet and death chains work together? I like storm whip and death chains. But unsure which is best. And do you think the damage from storm whip makes up for not having fortress?

Just by going on the card damage alone (not actual in-game, mind you) Ultimate Storm Whip (USP) will do 222,927 damage which theoretically beats the Shadow Comet (SC) damage in the same 3 seconds BUT SC does a small damage radius which can come in handy for getting those ads while USP makes it good on bigger enemies. Combined you've got interrupt and a huge 432,930 damage every 3 seconds. So yeah, this combo tears through enemies quite good. πŸ™‚ In the actual game, that damage together on something like even an Alpha or any human enemy is extremely effective. πŸ™‚ You're doing repeated damage not just from your gun's bullets (which given the video's god roll weapon is high) at high speed, the lightning and comet hitting together seems to act like the damage mitigation issue on us as the player but on the enemies (but not as strong since they are sponges after all… lol!) Think of it like having your devastator with a huge armor and health buff and being double hit but still living through that. That's what this gun (and others like it?) does to the enemy. Sure, you'll survive but OUCH you'll feel it.

    Btw, I know that anomaly mutation isn't popular in for speed runs (especially if you're a devastator) but I've been playing with a weapon that procs a status AND the mutating for world tier as I level up characters and I gotta say it is a bit fun, why? Because it'll ash or freeze tough enemies while still doing all the other dot and while inflicting weakness and vulnerability on them. This makes them do LESS damage to you while you hurt them more during their frozen or ash states. So when you're taking your time, it is a good mod to use. I tried it out on a fast firing pistol with burn (while leveling a pyro) and I was tearing through most enemies like tissue since they'd be frozen, then ashed next while being afflicted with everything under the sun but it's best on a weapon with some status on it to prolong the effects. I've even seen a few people running it (mostly tricksters, I think?) even on the Challenge Tiers.

  5. Or you just run death shield with fortress and moaning winds and anemoi with moaning winds and fortress and you never have to shoot a bullet. To many youtube people trying to make videos on a game theyre not well rounded in πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚
