All i can say at this point is……
According to all of happenings we experienced so far, THAT MUST BE ONE OF THE BUGS THEY HAVE !!! lol
And also, not many players will remain playing this game fighting BUGS until they release that even if that was a leak.
My favorite skill is probalby alt F4 right now in Outriders.
Appreciate the heads up, and still fairly normal gear, my lvl 50 tech is at 200k fp prior to any buffs active
Old news
There is only a level 1 and 2 mod on the armor which is weird. Usually they come with a level 3 and 2 mods.
Favourite Ability: – Being able to login & Play another game since this one is well past play by date.
How do we know their lvl wasn't inflated by Cheat Engine or some such? Although so many bugs right now, I'm surprised you haven't moved onto something different than Outriders or Biomutant, another overhyped garbage title.

Wasn't there somebody who recently logged in and found some of his gear had gone to level 70? – no trainer. It was reported but never heard anything about it from the esteemed Community Manager, as usual.
