Outriders Legendary Disintegrator Revolver is a solid Healing and assist option. Not very strong on its own in End Game Expeditions but can be used to kill weak enemies and regain health to support your builds.

If you wouldn't speed run expeditions with it, what place does it have in a game where the only end game content is speed run expeditions?
The irony of this gun being utter shit but being called Disintigrator by the Devs..
I use it a fair amount. Aside from the weapon leech effect being a pocket heal, the lightning perk does respectable damage and procs often so long as mobs are tightly packed. This made it a natural for my devastator, in which I've used the other mod slot for Kenetic Stomp for a PBAoE type weapon, or Scrap Grenade for a ranged AoE weapon. Basically it clears packs of trash that are rushing you, very easily. Not saying this is the end all of sidearms, but it can be made into something respectable.
