How did you interpret what was being mentioned about the Legendary Drop Rates?

So if you already have a deathshield and was about to get your second one it will be re rolled because you have it already. NICE!!
How about a way to actually lock gear so it doesn't get destroyed

There should not be a higher % chance to drop one legendary than another. Every legendary should drop the same % chance. This would stop us from getting effing cannonballs over and over. Also, I'm not a fan of the mechanic multiple drops. I think that will keep people from getting better rolled Legos that they already have. That's not great!
Cleared my first ct15 in gold time, with some randoms. Was super hyped. Got a bunch of purples. Did it again. Got a bunch of purples. Ain't turned the ps4 on since. That was almost 2mos ago. Lol. Edit: kinda untrue. Turned on ps4 to see appreciation package. Got a max rolled AR that I already had from the inv wipe. So two max rolled same weapons. Shut down and never turned it back on.
Idk. I’m not even close to the level of player that has to worry about not getting a lego from clearing an expedition. I’m able to clear one expedition with a new character then the game is over for me. I finish the game in days and am not able to create a character that’s able to stand up in the expeditions.
lol, I got my deathshield at lvl 26 during the storyline. Random drop.
Question regarding duplicate drops… If your character has a Deathshield with a 77.5K firepower rating, why would you change the duplicate drop mechanic if you’re trying to get a Deathshield to drop with an 85K or higher firepower rating? This change is not cool.

So would the luck system mean that there would be a hidden statistic in the background that heightens your legendary drop chance every time you could receive a Lego but don't?
That would be nice. Pity rolls are nice. The re-rolls better not scale off of the challenges. That would break everything.
Would be nice if players in a co-op could trade gear to one another if they have a legendary that they don't need after completing a CT run. Kicking would be counterproductive if the leader sees you got something they wanted but kicking you means the item is lost once your out of the group.
Thankd for the information but the screwed themselvels. It is fun watching the playerbase keep dropping, when the had game that had people excited because there was nothing to play, now we get to see them tread water while other games come out. Still can't convince me this was just a planned cash grab.
I've never platniumed a game before, but I (unintentionally) have gotten so close, all I have to do is time warp 1600 enemies and kill 4000 in expeditions, I am giving them until then before I decide if this is my new lootopiate drip for long

Expeditions tier 1 Gold (4x loot) Expeditions Tier 15 Gold (4x loot) this should be increased as well to maybe 8x loot!
This change in loot system "Legendary Anti-Duplication System" is good in terms of getting a new loot.
But the problem of this change is going to make you harder to upgrade the bad rolled gear you already have lol.
Well, since the armor roll does not do much difference if it is bad roll or not, we should be happy to get the legendary type you will get.
And I am expecting a lot of lagging when looting since I do not trust these guys would do such a thing at once.

What i fear the most is that for players who have all legos and the game doesnt give you any.
I've stopped playing after I got my 4 classes to CT15, and had over 200 gold clears. I was still missing at least 4 pieces of armor on each class, and 8 weapons total. It's like some stuff simply isn't in the game.
I've played through the campaign missions twice, and haven't gotten ANY class points. Think I've gotten fewer than 10 altogether!
Never did receive anything from the appreciation package
