if you have a faser build you would know that it can do alot of burn damage thanks to status power/resistance pierce/acari to stack ap etc, all of those things will beef up burn. So~ why not do more. i took away faser mods (previously two), and put down bleed buff mods, and add ultimate bleed bullets. resulting more burn and putting down some bleed damage as well. it can be pretty hilarious even when burning big targets 3:166:006:31. obviously you can use faser or moaning wind when necessary. its not a speed run type of build. it does get the job done though for both co-op/solo.
