Gear of war downgrade
The game looks good. But most thing i see is just cutscene then walk, cutscene then walk. Typical "action" rpg i guess. I only hope that the cutscene is skippable.

Honestly it's more of a movie then a game.
Splat, do an AAA or AA game from time to time when there's nothing indie, seriously, Dying Light was a gem playthrough of yours and brought you plenty of views.
Way too many breaks/load screens. They don't last long but the quantity just breaks any flow. And you can keep shaky cam, that crap gives me a headache. Might be interesting if those change.
Land on an unexplored planet with blue fungi growing on everything. Blue glowing motes (presumably spores) floating on the air currents. No one's wearing a hazmat suit or even a gasmask. Yeah, this expedition will be dead from blue lung fungus or some weird pathogen within a couple of weeks.

Is that shaky cam trying to hide bad cut-secne frames or something? its so excessive that I honestly do not think I could watch them full screen without throwing up
Man it looks like the worst parts of Borderlands and Destiny slapped together without any of the good things. Plus the story and dialogue are ATROCIOUS so far. Brutal.

Good grief – booooooooorrrrrrrriiiiinnnnngggg. Splattercat tried, but holy hell this game is boring. I’d rather rewatch TLJ over and over before I’d ever contemplate playing this game.

I hate motion blur too. It's so irritating.
I'm a huge fan of shooters; Doom, Heretic, the PvZ shooters, Dusk, Quake, F.E.A.R., and many more, and this style of shooter never does it for me. I can handle dark and grim, but this is ludicrous. I feel zero connection to anyone, including our own character, I felt more connection in Warframe than this guy.
As always, thanks for playing all these games Splat, you make some of these decisions so much easier.
I could see playing this if it was free to play. But honestly it does seem a bit lacking and frankly dated. Maybe the powers and the skill tree make it better. Idk. Also being put a in the freezer by a bitch and then haver her treat you like dogshit when she knows that you know nothing about what is going on? Slap a bitch territory right there. Like you put me in this situation. You either take some fucking time out for a second and explain you get the slap bitch treatment until you do.

This game looks like a solid 6-7/10. At least they're promising that it won't be a game-as-a-service, won't have microtransactions (they've said nothing about macrotransactions) and will be feature complete at launch. So… there's that.
