TBH fighting that big thing would be quite disappointing, the thing looks mythical and almost godlike, to simply “fight” it would be kind of a cop-out, would be more interested in knowing more about it and/or some other interaction that doesn’t involve shooting it.
It would be awesome if they brought that creature into outriders as an expansion kinda like the introduction of raid bosses similar to borderlands…. This makes me think of different raid bosses from the borderlands series and has Dexiduous The Invincible vibes written all over it lol this could be the developers chance to throw a new rarity of weapon and armour drop into the game that only drops from this boss with 3 perk slots on it, allowing you to change 2 mod slots on it with crafting instead of one.
Can't play Outriders on my own or with friends because every time I use my skills I get disconnected from the game! Play with friends I get so much lag weapons don't work skills don't work & full through the map. It happens every time I use my skills getting fed up with it
It would be cool if thay made the gaint an eye of the storm encounter and they could make him drop that New Concept loot you were talking about
I wonder how bad the game would have been if they would have released it nine months ago on the original release date. Delaying it three times and it is still in this bad of shape. It's a shame because this game has so much potential. Hopefully the studio continues to fix the game and get it in good shape because they really have something good here. It's just the stability and balancing problems are monumental on top of an inventory whip bug that seems to be happening and more and more every time they change something. This problem was supposed to be fixed in the demo. They clearly have lots of talent over there at people can fly and I hate to be so negative towards them but releasing the game in this state is just unacceptable. People are paying $60 and when they can actually play without getting booted they have to worry about their inventory completely disappearing. I think they should have let the demo go another three months and worked on this game more. It would have pissed the community off but I think in the end they would have been much better off but I guess it's easy to Monday Morning Quarterback. So many good looter Shooters with potential get ruined from launches like this

My character just got wiped/locked out last night… I'm thinking it's a lock out not a wipe. So I started a new character of the same class until they unlock it to see if I can get diff Legendaries for my class that I'll put in the stash for my main to pick-up when he's unlocked.
I thought that monster eould be the last boss in expedition that would jave been amazing

It has 0 sense to tease that monster and not give us the fight

Biggest disappointment for me
Been on sign in for like 20mins the 60 quid experience isn't great.
I wish I could think of a reason to keep playing. I am happy for everyone who is enjoying the game, but there is nothing different in what you are doing at any point from what we did in the demo. There’s nothing tied to reaching the end of the end game activity (trophy/achievement) and since there is nothing beyond that, once you beat that, going back to it doesn’t gain you anything. Again, I am happy for everyone enjoying the game, I just wish there was a point to it beyond the 100% the achievements since it’s the same activity from start to finish.

I was almost ready to finish my 1st character until I lost everything last night. Force closing the game let me save 2 pieces of the gear while all the rest are gone
You need to be able to log into the game and play it before it wipes your inventory
I'm pretty sure I've seen at least 3 of these giant creatures together in the distance. So I don't believe this was ever a single boss.
Hope they fix the 60 fps bug on PC
This is my personal opinion, however I seem to remember it being said that one of those things can take out like, a hundred people at a time. If just one Outrider (and not even a particularly powerful Outrider, if the fight with Moloch is any indication) can take one down, it kinda makes the beasts look like trash.
They can fix shit, bunch of idiots nerfing game before fixing it …
The "Boss" that u showcased is actually in the game a side mission allows u to use the obelisks and turn one of them to blue. and they walk off, there's gonna be more to it i'm assume as there's a area locked atm. however there is hints around the map that suggest something different.
This game is dead in the water . Going to have the lifetime of anthem.
They already failed so hard imo giving ppl legendarys tht they already have isnt gonna fix it they aint gonna give ppl back there purples so if u had god rolled gear its gone gg the game coulda been great but they choked big time

Great news? This game is done. Bugs, inventory wipe, can't connect and people are almost done with content, replayability is non-starter already. People Can Fly……after the next update People Can Fail, a perfect oppurtunity by releasing another unfinished game.

I'm putting the game off until the patch myself. I hope the community rebounds and I actually can play with randoms when the time comes. None of my friends opted in on this game and decided to pass once all the issues came to light. That said the steam numbers are pretty impressive for what this game is and what its going through.

Thats the same post from yesterday. 7 days of no play at this point. 50% of the games life cycle thus far is me actively avoiding the game. This is the kind of short sighted approach that can kill these titles
It's not a good game dude
I play on PS5 and it takes 10-20 minutes and multiple closes and reopens to get the game to sign in. When are they going to fix this? This has been a problem since the demo. This has been a huge waste of time for me. I can start playing most games faster than I can get through all of the screens in the beginning of the game and then I still have to wait for it to sign in before closing the game and restarting the cycle.
I'm getting kicked everyday I play. During the whole time I'm playing, I'm getting kicked. There is no such thing as normal game play at this moment nor was there since launch.
Might play again when the game is really fixed AND i can skip the start cinematic/nvidia commercial
"Inventory issue" this type of thing can kill a game. They released the game to early. It's a good game, just released to early. I hate paying to be a part of Beta testing.
This game looks so boring and repetitive. You literally just run around nonstop and shoot….. Can't even jump. What kind of idiotic teams keep coming up with these dumbass games where movement is encouraged but LIMITED at the same time?

I feel the pain of those who have had inventory wipes but that is all I hear about on their Twitter feed. A few other issues they need to look at.
It is still a pain trying to simply sign in to the game and can take several attempts (at least for me on PS5).
Also I question the class nerfs. A part-broken game with issues they are looking into as a priority but they can find time to rebalance the classes. Why do this so soon? Not all of us have had anywhere near the time to get to the end game. Many have work, family issues so can't devote endless hours playing. Now I feel like we are disadvantaged. I am currently only World Tier 6 and now my build seems almost impotent against elites. Then there are the snipers. Those guys must have ESP to know exactly where you are and who instantly smack you down.
For me this game has something special that i enjoy that keeps it from ripping apart at the seams, and that something is the best mod , crafting i have ever seen i any game ever also the combat and skills are fun thats all i need:)).

This game is straight trash and just as pathetic as People Can Fly. No wonder Cyberpunk has surpassed in ratings already. Inventory wipes are absolutely unacceptable, then after it does happen do you, you then have to deal with sever connection issue that makes the game literally unplayable. So for a game that requires you to be connected to their shit servers, it’s so stupid. They should of been more worried about fixing their actual game than putting nerfs out, for a game that’s all PvE and no PvP, so when it comes to PvE, NO ONE CARES IF YOUR ALT IS OP!!! Don’t wanna even get started on the amount of bugs in the game. Just a poor pathetic excuse of a game and the fact People Can fly isn’t approaching the issues the same way CD projekt red was during their launch just feels like they don’t care enough at all. Their biggest troubleshoot for their big issues to is to report it on a Reddit thread…. Just pathetic. Only reason it’d be number 1 on steam cuz it’s literally the only new game. It’s 100,000 players on steam from launch dropped nearly 70%.
