This video was not made with intent to put other content creators down, nor was it designed to throw any shade to parties involved. This is purely a call to the community to rally up and encourage the developers they have our support and to take the time needed to get the extra content to the level we all desire. None of us want Outriders to fail and die, so let’s work together to keep the player base alive!

  1. “Content creator creates community divide.” Really??? Didn’t PCF divide it as soon as the game launched and have objectively added to it over time? With most of the community opting out ofc. But still.

Other than that – Well, no. Telling things how they are, is not a bad thing. Ever. There has not been positives for a long time. If there were that would have been the thing being told.
Being an ambassador (in this case), doesn’t mean always painting the game in a great light. Just making videos on it (that’s not blatantly attacking the devs, being toxic and all the obvious things) IS promoting the game.

He’s not even been that bad. I agree the frustration videos stating the game is dead etc. (although not necessarily totally untrue) could have been avoided and/or made differently to show general concern, why/how, what should be done about it etc. instead. Although the whole community have been screaming at PCF with great suggestions etc. since release with it falling for deaf ears. So, ppl get frustrated ofc.

All in all, even if they are not completely wrong, they should not have included the last paragraph. Kinda a rookie mistake not being able to not make some “personal” comment in that regard. As a company. Just say no, respectfully and move on with.

  2. Showing a game has issues and reporting that the game is DOA because the team behind it doesn't care are 2 different things. Satisfied players are rarely heard because we have nothing to say, we are busy playing the game! His take on the game seems to be from someone that HATES the game, the experience, and the team behind it…I NEVER would have expected him to continue making content about it, or even be labeled an "ambassador" for something he takes every opportunity to bash.

  3. This feels like nothing more than a video to schill video for a PCF ambassadorship?
Not trying to defend cloudays. What kinda Lazy drama queen makes a Funeral Video for the Game to then turn around and ask for an interview…. Still doesn't give the devs an excuse for putting out a unfinished product. Plus like your the Community manger for PCF for fucks sake you gotta go out of your way to throw shade at a guy who obviously still lives in his mom's basement.?
Gotta unsubscribe. Sorry thought y'all were better than this Fan boi stuff.

  4. I think the deal is. They advertise it as not being live service. No roadmap as you said. It then they run it like a live service. Requiring online and such. When that's not a necessity for the game to work. May games have proved that. And this is literally the only non live service game. That requires online. It is the devs that have technically been selfish. Being more concerned from the start with fixing bugs that don't break the game before fixing important things.

  5. I appreciate the hard work the Devs r putting in to fixing this game issues. All these so call content creators feed off the bad not the good All games has their bad doesn't mean the game is dead r trash if that is so Let's look at others game like this that started of bad before they became good games like Destiny, Divine many others. I feel if u don't like game don't play it at all move on. Yo bro I appreciate your content u give the real like a content creator suppose to do I pray the Devs doesn't let these people discouraged them keep fighting to may this game better….

  6. Agree, i watched a game that had huge potential (Anthem) die. Things is i get players who are frustrated but players have to understand, if you enjoy the game and want to make it better we have to support them. Healthy criticism is fine but when it gets toxic and deters new players, numbers drop, investors drop, funds drop and we all loose out on seeing the full potential.

Most great game has a tough beginning, I hope players get this cause toxicity will only killed the game.

  7. Sorry but you did babble on a bit. What is your point ? To kiss PCF on the cheeks and thank them for a broken game from day one ? They should be kissing anyone that paid for this game and is still playing it. We are the consumers and they need to listen and answer us . Not the other way around.

  8. I follow cloud as well as you guys and other content creators for this game. I can see both sides on this matter. Of course i think cloud wants this game to succeed as we all do that play this game. But in the same breath i will say that it would be a disservice to the player base to not hear the negative/other side of the coin. I think we all can agree that there were some missteps with outriders.

  9. Cloud did not come across as negative in any of his videos in my opinion. He stated the decline in player base( which is true) and reported the steam numbers.

He also went out of his way to say how much he loves the game and he hopes the Devs can turn it around because he felt the game had a lot potential.

Reporting the issues in the game and being honest should not be viewed as negative..

I pre ordered the game and for the first 4 weeks I could not log on to play. It should not have taken that long to fix that issue especially considering A lot of playstation players were experiencing the same issue on a AAA title that we paid full price for. And it was even longer for Xbox players, yes they had it on game pass but I am sure a lot paid for a game they could not access.

The list of bugs and problems with the game are endless and Cloud like myself still see potential in the game. But also recognize the Devs are slow to fix the issues and most of the so called fixes have lead to other broken things..

  10. I agree with you on this I did comment what did you except on clouds video because if you just look at the clickbait titles he puts on his vids it seems as though he hates the game even though when you watch he expresses how much he likes the game that kinda put me off of his vids I prefer your vids and Leroy gaming I go to you both for info

  11. Cloudplays isn't the only one that dumps on the game. Born 2 Game dumps on every game. I for one enjoy outriders for the fun factor. The biggest problem with all game communities is with everyone having different opinions, the ones that feel as developers owe the some are always kicking & screaming like 2 year old because they can't have their way. If you don't like a game simply stop playing it. I've said this plenty of times in other comments but regardless of feelings towards a game, developers are human and nothing's perfect.

  12. Love the game – still have yet to level a pyro and techno so plenty of stuff to enjoy. Love your reasoned approach to the community issue and your heart is in the right place. Good luck.

  13. You do realise that those videos he's posted r just his opinions and we are all allowed our opinions, he is taking the negative side because there is little to be positive about when it comes to outriders atm most patches released have poss fixed the issues that they were meant for but then created other issues within the game. Tbh I gave up on this game a while back as the issues were to much it killed the enjoyment and was playing it b4 launch and one of the muggs who had to pay full price for it on the ps5. I'm with cloud on this the team behind this game don't seem to care too much what the community want, the servers are still naff months down the line from release how can they justify that a premium a++ title like this.

  14. They say that the FIRST IMMPRESSION is the BEST, well PCF. is the one WHOM gave us the immpression, that they don't CARE ABOUT THIS GAME OR US THE COMMUNITY, AND THEY ARE THE ONES, WHOM GAVE US A UNFINISHED, BROKEN GAME WITHOUT A OFFLINE MODE, CLOUD PLAYS IS A SINCERE DUDE, WHO KEEPS IT A 100%, and in ORDER TO GET US THE COMMUNITY BACK?… Is STAND BY YOUR WORD PERIOD….ALSO WE WHOM PAYED FOR THIS GAME, BY PRE ORDERED SUPPORT, WE NEED A OFFLINE GAME FEATURE, AS WELL…GET IT TOGETHER, BECAUSE WE ALREADY SHOWN THAT WE CARE, BY PREORDERING IT…..GET IT TOGETHER….DAM!!!!

  16. Outriders has tons of issues, devs didn't actually did the best job and the game has a lot of space to improve.

    That being said,
Cloud as long with Born2Games or DPJ or OpenWorldsGame were making videos on most idiotic reddit posts that exist, they were never in for the game, they for in for the clicks and now that game is barely hanging on strings, now that they don't get clicks, now they want to discuss on how to fix the game.

Others didn't contribute with absolutely anything, they were cheating and making videos on exploits, clickbait the shit out of the game or simply just copy other creators.
They all knew about inventory wipe bug, none of the spoke about it until it happened to them.

And then you have Leeroy Gaming, probably the only person that did original content with original builds and guides.

  18. It's hard to tell which content creator bothers me most – Cloud Plays or Laserbolt. Cloud Plays knows how to grow his channel, and that's all that matters to him. You can tell by how obviously clickbaity his titles and thumbnails are. Make no mistake – Cloud Plays had absolutely no intent to "make the community aware". All he was doing was fishing for quotes he could use against PCF in order to feed his overly emotional viewer base. He shits on the game and gets views and subs for it, so that's the content he delivers. Bottom line.

You want quality content for Outriders go watch Leeroy Gaming and The Full Measure. Those guys are meticulous in their analysis of the game and do an amazing job explaining builds and how to use them.

  19. This game is great to play. There are always positive and negative remarks. Creators of the game aren’t perfect people and deserve a lot of credit for the hard work they put in. We don’t get to see their hard work just like others don’t get to see the hard work that we all put into our own jobs. I also don’t get to play as much bring busy but I enjoy what the game has now.

  20. I love playing this game and want it to succeed. I have a ton of hours into it. And almost every day play it at least a little. I also watch a bunch of content around it. I'm willing to give it time to develop.
