Outriders Nerfs During First Update and Patch! Is this Bad for Outriders? Technomancer, Trickster and Pyromancer all felt these, without any buffs or help for Anomaly Power Builds. This has made Legendary Farming and Expeditions harder for most to complete at endgame. What do you think? This a good or bad call? Nerf a game that is not an online service where we just kill pve enemies is not the right option this game has no pvp so why destroy builds we want too feel powerful and now most classes are destroyed the way things are goin this game could follow destiny and division with bad nerfs they need to revert this nerf and focus on buffing other builds full out of the box game at launch great have nerfs breaks game logic

  2. Yeah they truly made a mistake with the nerf the game is not at a state where hard changes like this should be happening tricksters got hit hard core to the point I am just going to go level up my technomamcer or my pyro

  3. Something I've learned over the past few years if game dev is never nerf always buff you can increase the overall difficulty once you have all the classes around the same level, also a buff will usually feel better than a nerf to players

  4. Can somebody explain to me how multiplayer works?
    I joined my buddy who was a level 28 and I was level 15…. it kept us on world tier 9 even tho I only had tier 5 unlocked. It showed it locked on my screen but highlighted as if that’s what we were on. He was killing enemies super quick but I was doing literally like 20 damage per shot max and would take a solid 5-6 mags to take down an enemy if I was lucky. My biggest concern was that even after painfully making it through the mission, I wasn’t getting rewards from that tier or leveling up any quicker. It doesn’t even make sense why that would be the case or why there is no scaling per player or allowing players to set the world tier individually. So unless we are the same level or close to it, we can’t play together.

  5. I understand the nerf but why not to buf ability builds it takes a lot more setup and more high end gear at the end you get around 400-500k ability power. And you still can't one shot with shrapnel a trash mob on tier13

  6. personally i think the vulnerable nerf was bad, as i think it can potentially allow for a future techno supporter build.

    also i think the nerfs put techno actually further ahead. the nerf is much more noticeable on trickster, as he requires a in your face playstyle while techno can sit at the end of the room and clean up. the gameplay in this video actually showcases this really well. oupled with the nerfs to expedition time i think technos are further ahead of the curve, i haven't seen a trickster or pyro doing sub 5 minutes boom town runs

  7. incredibly tough for any trickster to run t15 gold now almost impossible im building techno get ready to only see technomancers running solo and multiplayer dying altogether trickster is dead for me its a glass cannon without the cannon part now also they claim its not a live service game yet their nerfing it as if it were

  8. I'm just putting it like this. Why did they bother going through all of the trouble of making this nerf when they're still lagging disconnection issues to be worried about. Not to mention on top of this why didn't the things that needed buffs get buffs alongside it. A wall of nerves not only never looks good but also is never helpful

  9. Your words and perspective are dead on in every way. I can only play maybe 10 hours a week. I took of work and waisted my precious personal time off to play and was not able to because Of servers. I hope they reverse the nerfs. Most players are not the 1% and I do feel I missed out on the greatness the tricksters was “ and I did not get to make it to end game😔

  10. Why gives a level 48 gear and a weapon 1k base damage ? And another example the stormwhip mod does 67k extra damage that is what displayd on the mod ..butt ingame it does 5k ? On WT15!

  11. I just updated it and I am so glad the developers updated it Because now in a 30 minute span it's crashed 4 times on me when it's never done that before the patch. I understand you want to fix things in the game but here's a good piece of advice they might want to get a handle on a better network before they try to fix other things because if they don't then there gonna screw up the network. I'm gonna be nice about it even though I am kind of irritated

  12. They had a great concept and the demo hooked me but the game is a mess all we are at this time is a bunch of beta testers. Worlds first strikes again, we must nerf the game was to easy. Wish, I was not attracted to broken games that will not get fixed 6-8 months later, and buff, nerf, buff, nerf is the game going forward. They designed the whole endgame into DPS and that will never change.

Honestly I will admit that the the trickster and technomancer class might have been a overtuned especially because of their round abilities however I believe that the round builds shouldn’t have been touched with and buff everything else that is underwhelming to the power level of the trickster and technomancer pre-nerf along with there being some elite difficulty setting that makes it easier to get legendary gear (but not increasing how powerful they are than they are right now) in exchange for the enemies being op for those who want a challenge even with the classes and builds becoming “overpowered” with the buffs

  14. They should have given us wayyyyyy better skills. The damn captains are the gods, casting fire tornadoes and black holes, energy bombs, energy blades omg the list goes on and oh theirs is heavy aoe for the most part. Even if they adjust anomaly to be viable we would either need the cooldowns reduced to next to nothing or re work the skills. Tired of playing a pyro and seeing a flame tornado last all day and wonder why i dont have that lol.

  15. I'm on Pyro, that was already weaker then Tecnho and Trickster, and it still got nerfed!
    Luckily, I got to CT15 a couple of days before the NERF, so now I just play CT14 until I get a PERFECT build, to try CT15 again.

  16. “Over powered” builds are the only way bad players like myself can have fun without dying all the time lol. Ultimately, fix the broken issues of the game before nerfing stuff one week after release; hence, five years developing this game and they are only now realizing some builds can dominate?

  17. Doesn’t matter that much that people dislike it matters what’s right and wrong you’re not supposed to be able to run gold runs every time that’s the point of having it be kind and As far as the nerfs go the trickster class was horribly Overpowered

  19. Exactly the proper thing here is to nurse the trickster in the techno dancer a little bit especially a trickster which was highly over performing compared to everything else and then both up anomaly power for skill builds

Elser that’s not what they want like every development company surrounding video games it’s nothing but a database with graphics and mechanics associated with it they’ve run statistical checks and they see trickster is far and away I’ll performing everything else so they Nerf the shit out of it they also saw that anomaly ha ha I’m sorry vulnerability was being overused or having too much affects of a Nerf that as well and that’s how balancing works in video games sometimes it’s way more specific it’s like destiny to when they run a report and find out that you know nine out of 10 people in PVD are using a hand cannonSo they got a Nerf the ham can in a little bit and the point is if they don’t nerve something that’s over performing then they got above everything in the game including all the NPC’s in the monsters nothing the one over performing thing is the easier and more proper thing to do

  23. I missed the window I was going to go get those 11 legendary‘s today when I get there arm world tear 15 burn apparently they had text patched it and it’s gone so you know what tough luck if you missed the window you missed the window big deal the window should’ve never existed

I don’t have any problem with the nerve because I understand it they made it clear why they did it and I mean it too often they would’ve said we don’t wanna piss anybody off so let’s buff everything. And the problem with that is manifold the biggest one is is that the outcome of all those changes is much harder to foresee than the outcome of just the buffing or nerving a couple of things things
