Hi, a techno build this time. Pretty standard cold snap blight round build, the slight variation is the crit mod and relying on anomaly power to build some Firepower. Defensive mod of choice is mitigation from death, usually for solo play but you can keep it in groups if survivability is an issue. Replace it with Radial Therapy or other damage mod of your choice if you decide to replace it.
Play style/combination is to make sure you are always throwing the turret for extra FP and always shooting enemies that are frozen and fodder first to get your buffs going. Cold snap when you have lots of enemies grouped up or as a panic or boss with enemies around.
